Paula R. Low

Paula Raye (Gravitt) Low, 84, passed away very peacefully in the early morning hours on Sunday June 5 th , 2022 in Santa Clara, CA due to a stroke resulting from a previous fall. She left us too soon, even though she had a long and wonderful life. Paula was born on her grandfather’s farm in Healdton, OK where she and her sisters spent many happy years. She is predeceased by her mother Marguerite Gravitt, father Clyde E. Gravitt, husband of 31 years, Jimmy Low, a son of Suisun Valley, elder sister Dixie Clark and twin sister Donna Patterson. Paula is survived by her son Brad Farmer, wife Jinli Liu and granddaughters Yoyo and Bonnie Feng of Santa Clara, CA and sister Clyda Bohannon and husband Richard of Edgewood, NM. Paula had a love for travelling as she was a Stewardess as she put it, not flight attendant, in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s followed by a long career as a travel agent. Throughout their marriage, Paula and Jimmy travelled to many different places and countries…from the wilds of Africa on hunting safaris, the wonders of the Great Wall of China and Panama Canal to fishing for king salmon on the Kenai River, Alaska, they enjoyed their many travels together. Paula was a warm, friendly, caring, faithful and generous person that never held any ill will or feelings towards anyone…she was truly and angel on this earth and the kindest soul I’ve ever known. To her, everyone was special! I guess that’s why she would always call her friends and family honey, or sugar, or sweetheart, every time she would see you and even if she just met you for the very first time. She truly meant it in the kindest way. Mom, you will be greatly missed by all who knew you…… We love and miss you very much!! Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 15th from 11am to 12noon at Rockville Cemetery located at 4219 Suisun Valley Rd, Fairfield, CA.
